Wrong idea of full moon party


Our full moon party in Thailand will be more famous since the minister of commercial in Thailand needs it to be patented. Mr. Mingkwan Mingsuwan claimed that he needs the full moon party at Koh Paghan to be patented but it can really happen? Because normally the things that can be patented must be literary, scientific and artistic works; performances; or trademarks and full moon is none of them.

Experts claimed that this decision is impractical and also there are many proves that the full moon party has been held in many countries around the world for hundreds years ago or maybe thousands already.
