Flooding in Samui Island

This might not be the right time for you to go to Samui since there is a flooding in the island and also there is a tropical storm warning in some parts of Thailand again and Samui is in it. There is lesser rain than before in Bangkok but there is a warning that there will be more rain in the lower northeast, the east and the south of Thailand, especially all ships should proceed with caution between 18-21 November.

Hopefully there will be no flood next month which is the perfect time for you tourists to celebrate Christmas or new year’s eve and also the Full Moon Party at Pangan Island near to Samui Island.

Thai Minister wants to patent Thailand full moon party

Wrong idea of full moon party


Our full moon party in Thailand will be more famous since the minister of commercial in Thailand needs it to be patented. Mr. Mingkwan Mingsuwan claimed that he needs the full moon party at Koh Paghan to be patented but it can really happen? Because normally the things that can be patented must be literary, scientific and artistic works; performances; or trademarks and full moon is none of them.

Experts claimed that this decision is impractical and also there are many proves that the full moon party has been held in many countries around the world for hundreds years ago or maybe thousands already.
