This might not be the right time for you to go to Samui since there is a flooding in the island and also there is a tropical storm warning in some parts of Thailand again and Samui is in it. There is lesser rain than before in Bangkok but there is a warning that there will be more rain in the lower northeast, the east and the south of Thailand, especially all ships should proceed with caution between 18-21 November.

Hopefully there will be no flood next month which is the perfect time for you tourists to celebrate Christmas or new year’s eve and also the Full Moon Party at Pangan Island near to Samui Island.

Normally when you join the clubs in Bangkok, they normally close at 2am. I know it sucks but nothing we can do with that since it’s the government rule and I can see it affects the tourism industry as well. Anyhow, if you’re bored with the limit time of fun in Bangkok, you don’t have to worry about the time when you go to Full Moon Party at Phangan Island. The party starts at night but not finish until 12am of the next day.

People still drink and dance even the sun comes up. Check out with this 10am full moon party video, there was a small group of guys fighting as well but luckily there was nothing serious. It’s just normal when people got drunk, it follows with the fight and full moon party is not an exception. What you expect? Drinks and fighting are soul mate, haha.

The main activities that you will never miss when you go to Full Moon Party are dancing and drinking. At Phangan Island, most of the bars love to serve the drink in bucket with straws. Many people can drink together at the same time and they get drunk very fast and easy. People just mix anything they want in it like whiskey, vodka, soda, coke or pure whiskey or vodka in order to get drunk like hell.

Another activity is dancing. Of course when you go to party with music and drink, you definitely need to dance and good music is a must. Check out the sample of full moon party music.

One of the exciting activities that you can do at Phangan Island during Full Moon Party is jumping the burning rope. Right, you read it correctly and I didn’t type it wrong because at Phanagan island in the area of Had rin nai beach, they have big fire rope for people to come join and play.

Most of the time, people get injured a bit from this extreme crazy activities but they hardly notice that until the morning because they were too drunk at night, so it’s all about fun, wild and crazy. It’s wild and dangerous, you might not do it if someone dare you but you might do it when you are at Full Moon party in Phangan island.

If you never go to Full Moon Party at Phangan island, Suratthani Thailand, you can check out how fun it is from this. Full Moon party is the party which is celebrated on the full moon day. There are about two times each month. The beach will be filled with people dancing, drinking and painting their bodies.

It’s weird but true that full moon party is always crowded by the tourists from any parts in the world. More than 50% of the party joiners are foreign tourists. People just go there to party, dancing and get drunk. It’s one of the craziest parties in Thailand, especially outside Bangkok. There are also the full moon parties in other islands of Thailand but Full Moon Party at Phangan island, Suratthani province is the most famous one. It becomes the destination for any tourists who come to Thailand, especially the youth tourists.

So there is no doubt that the hotels on Phangan island are all full very fast during the full moon party. So we suggest you to reserve the room in advance in order not to miss the party because of the lack of the place to stay or you can stay at Samui Island, which is the island close to Phangan island. Samui island is bigger and might be easier to find hotel and if you can’t reserve the hotel on full moon party at Phangan island, you might choose to stay at Samui island instead and take the speed boat to phangan island to celebrate full moon party.
